Eligibility Criteria:-

• Should be a FOGSI member with no Age Bar.
• Two awards will be given in a year.
• Outstanding activities related to Women’s Empowerment (Physical, Mental, Spiritual & Social Empowerment in women from Conception to Senescence). Proof of Activity report should be submitted.
• Full Biodata with colour photograph.
• Candidate should be nominated by the local society.
• Award consists of a Silver Memento and Certificate.
• Awardee will not be eligible to apply again.

Soft Copy of the application must reach FOGSI office before 31st July.
